Eric Philips’ practice concentrates in the areas of public finance, complex real estate transactions and mediation.

In addition, Mr. Philips has been involved in public infrastructure projects for the past several years and has become extremely familiar with the practical aspects of dealing with public projects and public private partnerships through his service on the Boards of Directors of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the Texas Turnpike Authority and recent legal services in connection with a Senior lien Sales Tax Revenue Bonds issuance for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).

He has participated in the negotiations of numerous contracts and public agreements concerning all of these political bodies and their respective projects, including public hearings, professional selections, and financing. He has worked on a number of negotiations involving public and private property matters as well as dealings among various public and private entities.
